Pre-Employment Program

Enables individuals living with mental illness the opportunity to enhance their employment competency and improve their potential to gain permanent, sustainable employment in the community.

The program is free of charge to successful candidates. It will run for 20 weeks—6 weeks of workshop training and 14 weeks of community employment. The will be opportunities to earn training stipend during workshops and minimum wage for community employment.

Upon completion of the program, there will be continued support from the Pre-Employment Coordinator to liaison between participant and employer.
