Supported Transitional Employment

What is Supported Transitional Employment?

Having a job isn’t just about earning an income – it can help to build

confidence, develop skills and widen friendships. However, finding and

sustaining employment can be tough. We believe that anyone who wants to work should have the opportunity to do so, and in some cases community employment isn’t always the most suitable.

We offer supported employment as an opportunity to work in a meaningful job, while getting paid a competitive wage to gain and build skills to support individual employment goals.
